Dashboard

The Dashboard displays statistics for the current Customer.

Tip

The data is not real time. The system updates it every 5 minutes.

Count Statistics

The Dashboard displays these Device counts for the current Customer:

• Total number of stock devices.
• Total number of unactivated devices.
• Total number of online devices.
• Total number of offline devices (offline for 24 hours or less, 24 to 72 hours, 72 to 168 hours, and more than 168 hours).
• Total number of stand by devices.

Select a count to open Device Management and view the related Devices.

If you do not have permission to manage Devices, the system opens an error page.

Classification Statistics

• Number of devices classified by labels.
• Number of devices classified by model.

Note

Sub-users can view statistics only for the Devices that they can access.
