Local Update
Main Program (.sw) Upgrade
Section titled “Main Program (.sw) Upgrade”- Place the main program file on a TF card or SD card.
- Power off the device, insert the memory card, then power it on and wait for the upgrade to complete; voice prompts will guide you through the process.
- The device will reboot after the upgrade is complete; you can check the current firmware version in System Information.
Microcontroller Program (.crc) Upgrade
Section titled “Microcontroller Program (.crc) Upgrade”- Place the microcontroller program file on a TF card or SD card.
- Power off the device, insert the memory card, then power it on and wait for the upgrade to complete; voice prompts will guide you through the process.
- The device will reboot after the upgrade is complete; you can view the current microcontroller version number in System Information.
Extension Program (.ext) Upgrade
Section titled “Extension Program (.ext) Upgrade”- Place the extension program file on a TF card or SD card.
- Power off the device, insert the memory card, then power it on and wait for the upgrade to complete. Voice prompts will guide you through the process.
- The device will reboot after the upgrade is complete. You can view the current extension program version number in System Information.
Importing and Upgrading Other Files
Section titled “Importing and Upgrading Other Files”-
Importing and upgrading parameter configuration files (.tar)
Place the parameter file on a
TF card/SD card/USB drive- Automatic Import: After the device successfully detects the TF card/SD card/USB drive, it will automatically import the file with a voice prompt; the device will reboot upon successful import
- Manual Import: After the device successfully detects the TF card/SD card/USB drive, go to
Device Maintenance - Parameter Managementand click “Import Device Parameters”; the device will reboot upon successful import

AIPCM Voice File (.tar) Upgrade
Place the voice file on a
TF card/SD card/USB drive- Power off the device, insert the memory card, then power it on and wait for the upgrade to complete. Voice prompts will guide you through the process
- The device will reboot after the upgrade is complete. You can view the current AIPCM voice file version number in System Information

Driver Identity Information Package (.tar) Import
Place the driver information package on a
TF card/SD card/USB driveManual import: After the device successfully detects the TF card/SD card/USB drive, go to
Alarm Settings > AI Settings > Driver, then click “Import Device Parameters.” The driver list will refresh upon completion
