Import Device Information

1. Device Side

   1. Power on and restore factory settings

      WiFi: A hotspot with the last 12 digits of the device’s IMEI number followed by “/10”, WiFi password: 88888888, MCTool password: 111111

   2. Connect the GPS antenna, insert the SIM card and TF/SD card

   3. Connect to the device’s Wi-Fi and open MCTool

      1. In Terminal Settings, change the Device ID to the last 12 digits of the IMEI number

         If it is already the last 12 digits, no change is needed

      2. In the Central Server settings, change the Central Address to the IP address of the target platform server, enter the correct port, and enable the protocol switch to select the corresponding protocol

         IP Address, Port, Protocol

   4. Verify

      Whether the Device ID is the last 12 digits of the IMEI, whether location is acquired, whether the SIM card is recognized and dialing is successful, and whether the network connection status shows “Connected to the corresponding platform”

2. Platform Side

   1. Go to the CMS section, Device interface

   2. Click Add

      Select the corresponding model, enter the device’s IMEI number, bind the corresponding valid license, and specify the number of channels for the device

   3. Return to the IoT section, go to the Monitor interface to check the device status; if it shows “Online,” the binding was successful
